What should I expect when “Pre-Ordering” an item?
Preordered items will not ship out for at least 4 weeks from the date of purchase. We appreciate your patience as we take the time to ensure every item meets our high-quality standards. While the wait may be longer, we encourage you to order now to secure your piece, as quantities are limited. Your order is a part of creating something special, and it will be worth the wait!

How long does it take to receive my order?
For regular-priced or non-sale items, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping after processing. In many cases, orders may ship sooner. Please note, this timeline does not apply to sale or Preordered items. The specific turnaround time for these items will be provided in the item description and confirmation email.

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Business Days: Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. To track your order, please refer to the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

What if my package is lost or stolen, or returned due to an incorrect address?
Once USPS has processed or delivered your package, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If you encounter any issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address (e.g., missing apartment number), the customer is responsible for covering the reshipment cost.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are completed. Please ensure that all information is correct before placing your order. We do not issue refunds or cancellations due to failure to read product descriptions or shipping information.

How do the garments fit?
Men’s garments are true to size. Women’s garments are fitted and stretchy, and we recommend ordering your usual size. For unisex items, women may want to size down. For example, if you typically wear a large in women’s, we suggest ordering a medium in unisex styles. All shirts are pre-shrunk and ringspun for comfort. To prevent additional shrinkage, we recommend dry cleaning or air drying after washing.
